At Shoe Haven Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our quality crib shoes, sneakers, and children’s footwear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt.
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn shoes unless they are defective. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your request.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging or similar protective packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.

Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
- Exchange Shipping: We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item for exchanges.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Bank Processing: Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process above and indicate that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Worn or used shoes (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-ordered products
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with the return shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.
