Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)

Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn shoes unless defective. All returns are subject to inspection.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise
  • We cover shipping costs for replacement items in exchanges
